My favorite Everest picture




Look really close at the picture. See that tiny thin line. That's a trail, and you can see people on the trail. That should start to give an idea of scale.

Click the bigger picture and it will show you the completely uncompressed version.

There's a handful of teeny tiny dots that could be people that are visible in the biggest one. They are at the bottom of the thin line, to the left-hand side of the disrupted patch of snow.

I need to find the blog I got this photo (and others) from. If I remember correctly, I think it is fairly low on the mountain from the Nepal side.
