For some reason pumpernickel gives me heart burn.

Rye, of course, needs to be a light seeded rye. The rye without seeds is an abomination until the Lord.

Rye. 2 pieces. With about a pound of hot pastrami in between em. Or toasted mit butter. ohhhhhhhh man.....ain't no good Jewish rye down here...this plus watching the parade is making me homesick...(tho Ohio is more like home these days than NY, yet NY is where I growed up)
