I'm in Nashville
Yeah ... scary. Meeting up with folks from an old message board as soon as I can work out how to get to where they are.

Wish me luck, I'm really afraid that my inner hillbilly may come out ... still, if it didn't in Branson, what sort of threat could Nashville be?

If you see me next week at Windy with a cowboy hat, you'll know I lost.

Cowboy hats are not allowed in the car.

I'll allow bolo ties though. (Wonder if they come in tie dye.)

A tie dye cowboy hat would be cool

Yes. Yes it would.

I still don't think I'd allow it in my car. :)

I can make a faux tie-dye cabochon and I know where to get bolo tie blanks... I'll make one if you'll help me hold whatshisname down and put it on him. I heard a rumor that he actually has a shirt with a collar, so I know he could pull it off.

Nashville may be more likely to bring out your inner hillbilly than Branson.

Because in certain aspects, if Branson MO is overly-salty, then Nashville TN is salt.

I suppose there's no hope that "bringing out" your inner hillbilly could turn into a sort of exorcism?

(iPurge: there's a ritual for that.)

No I didn't. I didn't have a car with me this time, I decided to fly. But for a chance to see you in some Daisy Dukes ... ignore that, I didn't say it.

After this weekend, which I will post about in a day or so, I definitely need to get back to Nashville for more than a couple of days.

Martin Mull proved that it can be done with one stringed instrument, and a tuba.

I'm not buying a tuba either.
